Visiting the clinic in Jumeirah 3
Aesthetic Clinic by Dr. Maliha Dar is a private, physician-led clinic on Jumeirah Beach Road. Appointments are one-to-one with Dr. Dar rather than rotated between practitioners.
Finding us
The clinic is a villa on Jumeirah Beach Road in Jumeirah 3, a short drive from Umm Suqeim and Al Wasl and roughly 15-20 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina outside peak hours.
By car or taxi
Ask for Villa No. 611, (Villa 2) Jumeirah 3, Jumeirah Beach Rd, Dubai. If you are using a ride-hailing app, drop the pin on the villa rather than the road itself, as Jumeirah Beach Road is long and the numbering is easy to miss.
Parking
Street parking is available beside the villa. Allow a few extra minutes at busier times of day.
When to arrive
Arrive five minutes before your appointment. First consultations run longer than follow-ups, so allow extra time if it is your first visit.
What happens at your first visit

- Do I need a consultation before treatment?
- Yes. Dr. Dar assesses every patient personally before any treatment, so that suitability, risks and expectations are agreed first.
- Can I be treated on the same day as my consultation?
- Sometimes, if you are a suitable candidate and happy to proceed. There is never any pressure to decide on the day.
- What should I bring?
- A list of any medication and supplements you take, and details of any previous aesthetic treatments including dates and products where you know them.
- How quickly will you reply?
- Messages sent through the form are answered within 24 hours. WhatsApp is usually quicker during clinic hours.
